  I involved in an accident in April 2017 by a driver who had this insurance and I have not been paid yet. This is a bad insurance company I would not recommend and if you have this insurance you should change it.

  I had an accident March 27, 2017. I called and reported the accident and was given a claim number, my adjuster's info and thats all!!! I've been calling at least 3 times a week leaving voicemails with the adjuster and even his supervisor, neither of them have returned my calls. Its June 22, 2017 and I finally get a letter in the mail from Safeway Insurance telling me they are unable to assist me with my claim due to me not submitting documents. I'm highly pissed, I've never had an issue with an insurance company until now. They are very unprofessional, no one to communicate with at all! You only get transferred to voicemails!

  NO STAR THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET INSURANCE FROM THEY DO NOT LIKE TO PAY FOR DAMAGES TO YOUR CAR OR THE OTHER PARTY CAR THERE CLAIM HIT MY CAR AND AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND ABOUT GETTING MY CAR FIX IT'S GOIN ON 3 WEEKS NOW STILL NO CALL BACK LEFT SEVERE VOICE MAIL STILL NO RESPONSE SO I END UP HAVING TO COME OUTTER POCKET IN GET MY CAR DAMAGES FIX FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY....I WOULDN'T ADVISE NOBODY TO GET INSURANCE WITH THIS PLACE...HORRIBLE
