  I've been dealing with a problem regarding documents verification over a month. Visited this branch and submitted the documents needed. Received the mail from Chase saying they haven't received it. Visited the chase branch at Dunwoody and again submitted the docs to the branch manager. Still the same problem. Online customer care was useless. It was so frustrating without any real help. Finally Paul Abrahamson(Hope it's the correct name) caught the real reason why they were not able to verify the docs and he resolved the problem quickly. Next day I got email saying my applications were approved. Next time I'm gonna visit this branch, I'm definitely asking to see Paul only.

  I just wanted everyone to know that My dad and I came in today to try getting something notarized. We waited about 20 minutes before someone was there to help us. The notarizer was not good. My dad doesn't speak much English so I was there to translate. And the guy said he can't notarize it because he doesn't speak English. Even so why can't there be an interpreter who can help him? We wasted 30 minutes there. We went to another place and it took about 10-15 minutes to do everything and got it notarized. I don't recommend going there to get anything done.
