  Went to get specific book. Helper stated oh yes we have that. We go to the back of the store- no book. Looked in another section; Went to storeroom- no book. Someone else looked- no book. Lots of time wasted. To order it.. a week! I should have bought it on Amazon. I could have had it the next day without the driving and waiting. I do appreciate customer service attempting to assist. The store needs to update their system. Better for me- better for their employees.
