    My 11 year old daughter, 8 year old son, and I took the 2 week free trial. Loved it. Kevin is a great instructor and is very good with the kids. We all signed up!

    Awesome place to train! The instructor is patient and very talented, and makes sure each student is getting 110% out of his classes. The cardio kickboxing involve tough karate workouts that'll kick your butt no matter how fit you are. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, experienced martial artists and newcomers alike.
